Ingenia Lifestyle awarded for marketing excellence
Popular community for over 55s living – Plantations by Ingenia Lifestyle – has received the Wise Agency Award for Marketing Excellence at the 2019 Property Council of Australia’s National Retirement Living Awards.
Plantations was the successful winner for the Marketing Excellence Award, recognised for its high achievement and success in effectively and innovatively marketing to prospective residents.
This year was the second year in a row an Ingenia Lifestyle had taken home the prestigious award – awarded in 2018 for their flagship community, Latitude One.
Ingenia Chief Operating Officer (COO) Nikki Fisher said the team were honoured to have been recognised by the National Retirement Living Awards for marketing excellence again this year.
“Plantations by Ingenia Lifestyle is one of three Star Collection communities which offers resort living to downsizers and the team could not be prouder of the win,” Ms Fisher said.
“Marketing is an integral part of the business – not only is it a vital part of sales and generating leads but it allows us to gather invaluable feedback from current residents.
“We engaged with our residents to find out what they enjoy about living at Plantations and centred our campaign around this, to share their downsizing stories and what they love about their growing community.

The Wise Agency Award for Marketing Excellence was one of two awards Ingenia was nominated for on the night with Latitude One Project Sales Manager Sheree Richardson a finalist for the Imagine Projects Award for Salesperson of the Year.
The national awards night is held annually and celebrates high achievement across all parts of the retirement living sector, recognising people and companies doing great work to ensure senior Australians have an enjoyable retirement.
