Legislation for the land lease model varies slightly by state, but the intent is similar. It protects your rights and provides long-term, secure tenure, so you can feel confident your home is yours for as long as you choose to live there.


Contracts and documentation
Land lease agreements are simple and transparent. We use plain English documents with clear, predictable costs. When you choose an Ingenia community, you will be given a disclosure statement which outlines everything you need to know. It will cover important details like site fees and utilities, and list all inclusions, as well as the rules of the community you are interested in.
When you decide on the home you wish to purchase, you’ll receive a home purchase contract and a Residential Site Agreement for the land your home sits on. These outline the weekly site fee and simple community rules.
