Last month during a series of events in the Freshwater clubhouse, the team unveiled the refreshed suite of home designs now available at Freshwater.

The five new designs range from the Purling, a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car home to the McKenzie, a 2 bed + multipurpose room, 2 bath, 2 car home. All of the homes offer seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces with covered alfresco entertaining areas, ideal for the Queensland climate.

Freshwater Community Sales Manager, Rebecca Carlow, says the new designs were created in conjunction with feedback from current and future residents.

“Our Development and Design teams have created this new suite of designs to further enhance the liveability of the homes here at Freshwater. While our existing designs have been really popular, with the new designs they have honed the most well-liked floorplans based on feedback from our current and future residents and we are offering additional features and higher spec finishes,” Rebecca said.

The new suite of homes includes enhanced design features such as marble look kitchen splashbacks, undermount kitchen sinks, above bench vanity basins, shaving cabinets to ensuites, higher spec tapware and larger garages with space for additional storage. There are also increased age-in-place features such as additional provisions for grab rails.
