Locals invited to take a fresh look at Ingenia Lifestyle

On Saturday 22 February, Ingenia Lifestyle officially opened the doors to the new Display Village at its Freshwater community in Burpengary East with a grand opening event.

Freshwater by Ingenia Lifestyle is in an attractive location for over 50s looking to downsize with shopping centres, medical services, Freshwater National Park, Brisbane City and the Sunshine Coast all easily accessible.

Ingenia welcomed more than 350 visitors to the grand opening of the display village, all keen to view the five display homes and get a glimpse into the new over 50s community.

Guests enjoyed the street festival atmosphere with live music, a roving magician, popcorn, ice cream, coffee and food trucks Kraut N About and Bimms BBQ Chargrill.

Freshwater Project Sales Manager Tameeka Manson said Ingenia received overwhelming interest from local downsizers on the day and secured several deposits for the latest sales release.
