The Final Home at Ingenia Lifestyle Bethania is Now Under Construction!
Last Friday on the 17th of Feb, Ezibuild poured their final house slab at our Ingenia Lifestyle Bethania Community. This significant milestone for the team comes after 7 years of building and development following Ingenia’s acquisition of the existing “Upstream Bethania” community of 54 homes in 2015. Upon completion of the project by the end of June 2023, Ingenia Lifestyle Bethania will be home to almost 600 residents with 323 dwellings in the community.
Not only are we wrapping up home construction this year, but we are also currently building a brand-new Sports Precinct which will include a pickleball court, bocce, and croquet field with room for spectator seating and outdoor dining by the lake. This brand-new facility comes in addition to the community’s two well equipped Clubhouses offering a range of amenities including function halls, swimming pools, gym, salon, library, media, and meeting rooms, as well as a competition grade 4-lane bowling green and more.
Bethania’s Community Manager, Linda Thompson has seen the project come to life over the last 5.5 years and says “When I commenced with Ingenia at Bethania in June 2017 there were only 78 homes with around 100 residents. Ingenia were already in full swing building more homes at the back of the community and there has been constant development since then. Today we have 464 residents in 289 homes and with our last home to be completed mid this year we expect to have around 600 residents in 323 homes. The constant improvements and additions to the community facilities have been a real draw card for new residents and we receive a lot of positive feedback from new residents and old, about the wonderful lifestyle they enjoy here at Bethania.”
Mark Aldridge from Ezibuild, has been handing over homes to Ingenia since 2018 and said “I started at Bethania as the Traffic Delivery Manager for what was supposed to be a 4-week project, and now 4.5 years later, I’m the Site Foreman. My time at Bethania has been very enjoyable and I love helping out the residents. I even personally helped 2 residents move in recently and they absolutely love it here! Looking forward to the next project with Ingenia.”
As we get closer to handing over the final set of house keys, we would like to extend a huge thank you to our sales & marketing teams for finding and welcoming the customers which allow us to keep doing what we love best. And to our wonderful operations team for putting up with the chaos of building a new community, but ultimately for representing and delivering the Ingenia vision of creating an amazing place for our residents to call home!
