Ingenia Lifestyle Lakeside Lara has been recognised as one of Victoria’s leading communities, taking out the 2025 Peter Crawford Caravan Park of the Year – Residential Award – at the recent Caravan and Residential Parks Victoria (CRPVic) Awards.

The award highlights innovation, strong community connection, and operational excellence, recognising Ingenia Lifestyle Lakeside Lara as a community that delivers an exceptional residential experience for its homeowners.

The judges commended Ingenia Lifestyle Lakeside Lara’s community initiatives, including its intergenerational partnership with the local kindergarten, alongside its resort-style amenities, proactive maintenance, and calendar of social events that bring residents together.

The gala award ceremony took place at GMHBA Stadium, Kardinia Park, and celebrated outstanding achievement and operational excellence across the industry.

Community Manager Zee Blagojevic said the accolade reflected the passion and dedication of the Lakeside Lara team, who work closely with residents to create a safe, welcoming, and socially connected environment.

Adding to the celebrations, Zee was also named a finalist in the David Pratt Unsung Hero Award, which honours individuals who go above and beyond for their communities.
