New facilities bring residents and their furry friends together
18 Jan 2026
Ingenia Lifestyle Parkside Lucas residents have enjoyed an exciting few months with the opening of some new community facilities.
A gated dog park is now a popular spot for residents and their furry friends, with the dedicated off-leash area giving dogs plenty of space to run and play safely, while also offering a social hub for owners to meet and catch up.
Alongside the dog park, a new community garden and workshop have also been introduced. The garden features numerous raised beds, all carefully planted and maintained by our dedicated gardening group.
Meanwhile, residents are already busy in the workshop, which is fully equipped with power tools. With plans to make new benches and seating for the garden, the shared space will soon be even more enjoyable.
Community Manager Clare Irving said it was wonderful to see the community come together to enjoy the new facilities.
“With the addition of these new amenities, residents are not just enjoying their hobbies, they’re building stronger connections with one another and helping shape the future of their community,” she said.
“Whether it’s gardening, woodwork, or socialising with pets and neighbours, life at Ingenia Parkside Lucas continues to grow richer with every new initiative.
“People are coming together, sharing skills and ideas, and it’s creating a really positive and supportive atmosphere across the community.”
