Element Fullerton Cove hosts successful Open Day, showcasing future clubhouse and new homes
Gloomy skies over Newcastle couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm of over 200 guests who attended the recent Element Fullerton Cove Open Day. The excited crowd of downsizers/interested retirees were among the first to explore the three recently completed display homes and receive a behind-the-scenes tour of the community’s future clubhouse, guided by Element’s Development Manager, Eleanor Jones.
This event marked the debut of the display homes in this boutique’s over 55s community. Guests had the opportunity to wander through two of the popular home designs and experience the design options and colour schemes available in Element’s first collection of homes.
“The Open Day was a fantastic opportunity for guests to immerse themselves in the quality and lifestyle offered at Element”, said Community Sales Manager, Jason Hellyer, “We are immensely proud of the homes created, and this event allowed guests to picture their future here at Element”.
The event also featured live cooking demonstrations by an experienced AEG chef while showcasing the standard AEG appliances featured in each home at Element Fullerton Cove. Guests enjoyed delicious samples and wine from local supplier Tynan Wines, enhancing the home viewing experience.
Local real estate agents from Ray White were on hand to provide visitors with valuable information on how to prepare their homes for sale and downsize with ease.
Following a delicious brunch and exploring the display homes, guests were treated to a backstage look at the future clubhouse construction. Eleanor Jones shared insights into the community’s focus on resident wellness and sustainability, highlighting the environmentally friendly features integrated throughout the development.
The future clubhouse promises to be a hub of activity and relaxation, featuring an outdoor resort pool and spa, shared kitchen and indoor lounge spaces, designated games and bar room, cinema and workshop space. Additionally, one of the clubhouse buildings will boast state-of-the-art gym facilities, a changing room, a yoga and pilates studio, a steam room, and a crafts studio.
“The clubhouse truly brings our vision for Element Fullerton Cove to life”, Eleanor added. “It was wonderful to guide guests on this journey during the open day and help them envision the vibrant community we’re creating”.
“Upon completion, this community will comprise 122 homes, fostering a close-knit neighbourhood where everyone knows each other”, said Eleanor. “Our infrastructure is designed to support social clubs and groups, encouraging strong community connections”.
Construction is expected to be completed on the clubhouse by the end of the year. In the meantime, first residents are enjoying the social life in the temporary clubhouse and looking forward to making the most out of the new facilities.
