With years of experience selling homes in lifestyle residential communities across NSW and VIC, I’ve also served as a Relief Community Manager when needed. Building incredible relationships with internal and external stakeholders has been a key aspect of my journey.

Initial thoughts on Ingenia Morisset’s visionary masterplan?

The excitement surrounding our masterplan is palpable. Knowing how much we have to offer and how much life and connection we will be bringing to this community is so exciting. This masterplan isn’t like anything I have seen before.

Love for over 55s communities:

I love that we are able to create a space for like minded people to socialise and we can also provide low maintenance living, security and connection, these things most people cannot get in a standard residential home.

What excites you most about Morisset?

I am excited to see the Morisset/Lake Macquarie area grow dramatically over the next few years, the region is going to undergo a major rejuvenation, from entertainment precincts to dining experiences. The Lake Macquarie area is central to both Newcastle and Sydney and at the same time, the area is very peaceful and has a lovely homely feel.

Favorite part about being a Sales Manager:

My favourite part about being a Sales Manager is getting to understand each individuals needs and then to see the joy on their faces when they finally find the perfect home to suit those needs, it brings me so much joy. With this new community in particular, I am excited to get to know each and every resident from the very beginning of the project.

Surrounded by the beautiful Lake Macquarie, you can enjoy fishing and boating. Currently, there are some great nature walks at The Watagans as well as one of my all time favourite restaurants 8 at Trinity close by and the beach only 15 minutes away.
