Reflecting on 2024: A year of achievements 

Last year was a big one for Archer’s Run. We completed civil and landscaping works for Brightwood, our first neighbourhood and officially welcomed our founding residents into the community. Other key highlights included: 

• Kicking off bulk earthworks and stormwater installations for our second neighbourhood, The Vistas. 

• Opening our Vision Centre, where visitors can meet our friendly sales team. 

• Completing and handing over 20 brand-new homes to their happy new owners. 

Looking towards the future 

This year is set to be even bigger, with exciting milestones on the horizon: 

• 35 new homes are anticipated to be complete by June. 

• Civil works for the northern half of The Vistas will be finalized, paving the way for home construction to begin in this precinct. 

• Landscaping efforts will continue, with enhancements to the Brightwood neighbourhood and works commencing on a brand-new front entry. 

• The highly anticipated Vitalia Clubhouse will begin construction, featuring a heated indoor pool and cold plunge, expected to open in early 2026.
