Foundations laid for a brand-new luxury lifestyle

The concrete has been poured and the foundations set for a brand new luxury clubhouse at Ingenia Lifestyle’s $100 million gold-class community, Latitude One.

The multi-million-dollar clubhouse – part of the early stages of the development – will consist of three separate buildings to maximise open space and provide stunning views of the deluxe resort-style pool area.

Ingenia Development Director Ed Wortman said there had been extensive input into all elements of the clubhouse, from design and construction to landscaping and maintenance.

“We have collated the feedback received from a range of experts, listened to the feedback from our community engagement seminars and accommodated as many of the popular features into the design as possible,” Mr Wortman said.

The new clubhouse is the vision of design experts Noel Bell Ridley Smith (NBRS Architects), who has designed multiple world-class community spaces. Construction is being managed by award-winning builders from the Hunter Valley region, MARS Construction.

“The clubhouse will feature a suite of luxury resort-style facilities, including large entertaining spaces with a commercial kitchen, café, hair salon, sports bar, movie theatre and consult rooms for visiting practitioners,” Mr Wortman said.

“Heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a bowling green and croquet lawn will also offer plenty for those residents who want to live a more active lifestyle.”

With construction beginning earlier this month, residents are expected to be able to enjoy stage one of the clubhouse by mid-2019.

Ingenia Lifestyle Latitude One Community Manager Matt McDonald said residents are beyond excited for the new facilities and all the fun and relaxation it will bring.

“The multi-million-dollar clubhouse is set to completely change the lifestyle of our residents with a range of facilities including ‘Lake Latitude’, a beautiful man-made lake that the clubhouse will open out onto – a beautiful focal point for the community,” Mr McDonald said.

“Being able to see and be part of each step of creating this community in Port Stephens has been great.

“I have noticed a few residents keeping an eye on the project in a state of excitement – they feel like they live in a resort already, so this clubhouse will only heighten that experience.

“I sure could imagine enjoying my retirement here.”
