Downsizers rush to secure a new home

Demand for coastal living is on the rise in Woolgoolga, New South Wales with downsizers snapping up 96% of the first release of homes in gold class over 55s community, Plantations.

In a challenging residential property market, Stage One and Two of Plantations have been reserved by deposit holders with the sales team reporting strong interest for Stage Three, which is set to be released in early June.

Project Sales Manager, Terry Ronan, said soon to be downsizers were taking advantage of Ingenia’s First Choice Club to secure the home of their dreams in the coastal land lease community.

“We are seeing more and more downsizers signing up for our First Choice Club, they can register their interest on homes in Stage Three to gain exclusive preview access to the plans and prices prior to the public launch,” Terry said.

Construction is already well underway with Plantations expecting first residents to move in and the new Display Village to launch around June this year.

Brand new homes are selling from $349,000. Contact Terry for more information on 0448 714 021 or visit www.liveinwoolgoolga.com.au

First Residents Ready to Move in

Woolgoolga locals and future Plantations residents, Stan and Di Purnell currently live up the road from the community and will be among the first residents to move into the new community.

“We heard about the new over 55s community coming to our town and thought we should check it out.

“It didn’t take much convincing for us to purchase — the whole experience was nothing but a pleasure and the opportunity for this lifestyle was far too good to pass up.

“The process of building our new home has exceeded our expectations, any issues we face are addressed straight away and the team’s professionalism is flawless — now we just can’t wait to get the keys and move in,” Stan and Di said.
