Brand new display village unveiled on the Fraser Coast

On Saturday 15 February, six stunning new display homes were unveiled at Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay located on the highly sought-after Fraser Coast.

Catering to the growing demand for affordable, lifestyle living options for downsizers, Ingenia recently invited Hervey Bay Deputy Mayor Cr Darren Everard to preview the display homes and the community ahead of the official launch next weekend.

“There are a lot of residents living in the area who want to downsize without having to leave the region – what Ingenia is offering here will really appeal to those members of our community,” Cr Everard said.

“Living on the Fraser Coast is all about location, livability, and lifestyle. With an onsite clubhouse and bowling green, and being only five minutes away from all major amenities, this community reflects the way people in our region want to live.

“I was at the initial planning meeting for this project and to see the quality that has been turned out will tick all of the major boxes for buyers – the home layouts, finishes and access to recreational amenities – it’s all really impressive.”

The highly anticipated Fraser Coast over 50s community has received strong sales interest from keen downsizers with all homes in the first two stages already reserved.

Ingenia Lifestyle Project Sales Manager Anna Golden said the strong demand for the community reflects the quality of the homes and the affordable price point.

“The first two stage releases have sold out, with the third release now selling and due for settlement in May 2020 – allowing downsizers plenty of time to get organised and sell their home,” Ms Golden said.

Ingenia’s in-house design and development teams worked in conjunction with Brighton Projects to build and construct the homes in the Display Village and the community.

General Manager Brighton Projects Ricky Morgan said the homes at Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay have been specifically catered to meet the demands of the Queensland environment and outdoor lifestyle.

“When you walk through the homes, you will feel that they have been designed for the Queensland market – they’re spacious with open, bright areas with verandas and outdoor areas,” Mr Morgan said.

“The designs accommodate people moving from a bigger home to a downsized home, with rooms that include cupboards and hanging space, modern appliances and fixtures, good-sized kitchen pantries and multiple storage spaces in the hallways and garage.”
