  • For your travel bookings: Ingenia Communities and their partners may collect your personal information in connection with travel bookings (made with us direct or through our partners), where you have made a booking or someone else has made the booking on your behalf (such as a family member, friend or organisation). We collect this information so that we can make and manage your booking, communicate with you, provide information and products and services related to your booking, process loyalty program information, investigate and respond to safety incidents, feedback, complaints or claims and ensure the safety of our team members and guests.
  • Direct marketing & market research: Ingenia Communities and their partners may use personal information to contact the individual for direct marketing or market research purposes.
  • Direct marketing & personalised content: Ingenia Communities and their partners may use personal information to provide direct communication through email, targeted and retargeted advertising, targeted personalised digital content, social media contacts or other means. Ingenia Communities will use information on users website usage for the purpose of targeting specific content to users for the purpose of marketing their products.
