A new year for Parkside Lucas: where new homes and new friends await.

For Ingenia Lifestyle Parkside Lucas, 2022 was a big year. But this year is shaping up to be even bigger.

In 2022, our very first residents moved into their brand new homes, and this small group of neighbours has already become a tight knit community. A few days before Christmas, many of our Parkside Lucas residents got together to share a drink and some festive food, and reflect on how much they’ve enjoyed their new homes and friendships.

“We already feel such a part of this great community,” said residents Lynda and Stew.

Residents also highlighted how safe and supported they felt; and how surprisingly spacious, well designed and high quality their homes were, even though they had ‘downsized’ from their family homes.

The Christmas catch-up was held at one of the community’s beautiful display homes, but by the end of this year, the new, architecturally-designed Community Clubhouse will be the meeting place for all events and celebrations.

And the Clubhouse won’t be the only highly anticipated new arrival for 2023. Around 36 more residents are expected to settle by the middle of the year, and all community facilities, including a lap pool, gym, library and bowling green, are set to be completed by the end of the year.

With five display homes now open, Community Sales Manager Karen Eaton is excited to show off what it means to live at Parkside Lucas.

“We already have such a lovely bunch of residents who are enjoying their homes as well as their newfound friends,” she explains.
