Parkside Lucas Construction Update

The brand new community facilities have become a favourite place for many since their opening in 2024 - with residents enjoying everything from a morning cuppa or book club meeting, to a competitive game of pickle ball or a vigorous workout in the gym.

New residents quickly find themselves with quite busy schedules, thanks to the proactive resident social committee and the passionate Parkside Lucas team, who don’t mind joining in some of the events they put on for the community - even if it means being absolutely thrashed in the process (read about the Staff vs Residents Lawn Bowls Championship here.)

“There’s so many activities, we don’t really have time for housework,” said one resident.

As construction continues at Parkside Lucas, new residents are moving into their homes in stage 3, as homes in stage 4 are constructed and civil works begin on stages 5 and 6.

An influx of new residents also means the opportunity for new friendships, as one of our residents explains: “I’ve probably made 30 or 40 new friends just in the first two weeks, and since then I’ve probably made 100 new friends.”
