Trading the buzz of city living for the serenity of the country, Sandra and Keith swapped their life at Ingenia Lifestyle Bethania for its Beaudesert community for a more relaxed, scenic change of pace.

The couple have found a home at Ingenia Lifestyle Millers Glen through the strong sense of community and their love for rural living.

“When we were first looking to downsize to an over 50’s community, we were interested in the Beaudesert area and the development that is now Millers Glen. It was owned by a different company at that time, so we didn’t proceed, and we ended up landing at Ingenia Lifestyle Bethania, which Keith and I loved!”

“When we found out Ingenia had purchased the Beaudesert development and turned it into Millers Glen, it felt like fate. We really enjoy Ingenia’s lifestyle offering, and after living at Bethania, we knew Ingenia was a brand that we could trust, so we decided to make the move over to Millers Glen.”

“Keith and I love the bush, the country town, the atmosphere. You make lifelong friendships in places like this, and it becomes such a tight knit community.”

“On a Tuesday morning, the local ladies have a coffee morning at Cafe 63 and Keith plays bowls with the guys at the local Bowls Club on a Friday afternoon. We’re also getting involved and volunteering in the Beaudesert community – there is so much to offer here.”

“You make friendships through events in the Millers Glen community like Anzac Day, Saint Patrick’s Day and Australia Day celebrations. Ingenia joined us up to the U3A and now we go to trivia on a Wednesday afternoon, such great fun! We’ve got a gym and library, with a sports precinct and pool up and running soon.”
