We're guided by you

All of our tours are completely guided by you. We'll talk through any questions you might have and understand what's important to you.

Tours take 1-2 hours

We would advise that these tours can take anywhere from 1 - 2 hours. But this is guided by you, if you need more or less time, we'll work to your schedule.

No hard sells

Our only goal here is to answer your questions and show you around our community. There's no pressure or obligations secretly hidden away in these tours.

What happens on the day?

Our tours and visits are guided by you, take between 1 and 2 hours and always come with no hard sells or obligations. 

Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by the community team who will offer you a cold water or a hot coffee to get you settled.

We’ll then answer any questions you might have before showing you around the community, paying close attentions to the parts of the community that are most important to you.
