There’s a real buzz around Ingenia Lifestyle Springside right now, with plenty happening as our new community takes shape.

In a huge milestone, Stage 1 is complete and our very first residents have officially moved in, while construction is powering ahead.

Project Manager Luke Collins stopped by recently to share the latest updates on our fledgling community at Beveridge, in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

“We’re at a really exciting point in the project,” Luke said. “You can already feel the community spirit taking shape, and there’s so much more to come.”

We’ve now opened our on-site Sales Office and five beautiful display homes, so visitors can explore the different floorplans and see firsthand the high-quality finishes that make every home at Springside something special.

Construction has also begun on our community facilities, with earthworks and underground services progressing nicely.

Soon, residents will see the brand-new Clubhouse and Wellness Precinct start to take shape — complete with a heated indoor pool, gym and yoga studio, gold-class style cinema, arts and crafts studio, library, hair salon, barbecue area, and even croquet and pickleball courts.

While that’s being built (over the next 12 months), we’ve opened a temporary clubhouse to give residents a place to meet, keep active, and start forming friendships.

Across the community, home building is moving ahead too, with 40 homes now complete in Stage 1 and 11 more under construction in Stage 2, which is expected to wrap up early next year.

When complete, Ingenia Lifestyle Springside will feature 262 homes across several stages, each one part of a vibrant, welcoming community designed for connection, relaxation and fun.

The community is located just 50 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, next to Mandalay Golf Course and just a short drive from Mickleham, Craigieburn and Wallan, where there are plenty of shopping options, health services, restaurants and sports facilities.
