Construction begins on over 50s community Ingenia Lifestyle Darlingview

A sod turning ceremony on the site at Highfields today marks the beginning of what will be the region’s largest land lease community. 

Ingenia Lifestyle Darlingview will feature more than 560 homes and will offer secure, landscaped streets and a vibrant, connected lifestyle for future residents. 

The community is planned to provide two central clubhouses with resort-style amenities, including swimming pools, sauna, cinema, library, function spaces, and golf simulator. The current masterplan anticipates that residents will have access to amenities including pickleball courts, a bowling green, and a gymnasium. Additional provisions comprise a community garden and greenhouse, caravan storage facilities, and a community bus.
