Residents Thrilled as New Community Clubhouse Unveiled
More than 90 people joined the State Member for Oxley, Ms Melinda Pavey and Mayor of Kempsey, Cr Liz Campbell, to celebrate the opening of Ingenia Lifestyle South West Rocks’ brand new community clubhouse this month.
The brand new clubhouse features a modern open plan design with expansive wrap around deck, alfresco entertainment areas, large kitchen, social activities space, lounge with fireplace and library and will become a social hub for resident events and gatherings which is all designed to encourage a balanced, social and active lifestyle for residents.
Performing her official dignitary duties on the day Ms Pavey was proud to present the plaque saying she loves nothing more than to spend her weekends in South West Rocks.
