Resident’s Exclusive Tour of Home Builder, Parkwood

Residents from Ingenia Lifestyle The Grange in Morisset took an exclusive behind the scenes tour of a manufactured homes construction site in the NSW Central Coast region of Gosford, where their new clubhouse is currently being constructed by Parkwood Modular Buildings.

The residents were there to inspect the brand new clubhouse, arriving midway through 2017, and on completion will include an alfresco barbecue area, kitchen and dining room, lounge, and library.

It will have a multi-purpose function room that will be used for everything from indoor bowls, trivia, bingo, tai chi and bridge.

A seniors-dedicated gym will house the Ingenia Care program and a sports room will play host to a variety of games.

The residents are eagerly awaiting their new clubhouse and think the new addition will create a major hub for social events and activities that will bring their new
community together.
