Opening 20th April: State-of-the-art Community Clubhouse

Over in the wellness centre, the ceiling is now complete and pool tiling is being installed. Works on the pickleball and croquet courts have commenced, and the retaining walls in the BBQ area have been completed.

With so much activity on site, it’s understandable that Parkside Lucas residents are getting excited about all the fun they’ll have once it’s open.

“The swimming pool for me is going to be wonderful,” says one excited Parkside Lucas resident.

Once complete our new Community Clubhouse and resort-style facilities will feature everything from a cinema and art studio; an indoor pool and gym; croquet courts and bowling green; to a large function spaces and outdoor courtyards.

“I’m looking forward to the opening - I’m sure they’re going to have Champagne that day!” says another resident.

As well as the Community Clubhouse construction site, there is plenty of other building activity going on at Parkside Lucas to get excited about. With 73 homes now complete and 90 residents calling Parkside Lucas home, construction is continuing at pace, with 36 more homes set to be delivered ready for our newest residents to move in by the middle of the year.
