Our Special Experience Using The Ingenia Gold Card

Residents from Ingenia Lifestyle  Albury, Graham and Heather, have recently returned from a stay at our sister resort park, Active Holiday Parks White Albatross.

As the park is owned and operated by Ingenia Communities, they were able to take advantage of their Ingenia Gold Card and receive a 25% discount on accommodation.

Graham and Heather were heading to the NSW central coast for a quick trip to Nambucca Heads to pick up a new camper trailer.

“It was a very easy process to book using the Gold Card, and when we arrived at White Albatross the manager gave us a very warm welcome.

“The room was very nice and the park surrounds were also lovely, it’s right on the waterfront and had some great little features to it.

“The staff were so friendly and kept asking us where we were from.

“When they found out we were from Ingenia Lifestyle Albury they were really happy to welcome us.”

Graham and Heather were the first residents to move into Ingenia Lifestyle Albury in 2015 after downsizing from a large family home.

“We are definitely going to travel on the Ingenia Gold Card again. We are taking our new camper up to Agnes Waters (near Gladstone, Queensland) and will be using all of the Active Holiday Parks on the way there and back and take advantage of our Gold Card discount.”

They now enjoy a very easy and enjoyable life with less housework, less garden maintenance and less worry knowing there are staff around to look after their home while they travel.
