Krystal Bourke: Park Manager and Community Manager
Growing up in Sydney, as a child my weekends and school holidays were spent holidaying at my grandparents on-site annual caravan on the beautiful shores of Jervis Bay. The friendships and memories I made have always stayed with me and ingrained a love of the caravan and camping industry. Something I have shared deeply with my four children.
It was a natural choice to work in an industry I loved, I have crafted my skills by working in all aspects of the tourism and hospitality sector and more recently becoming a Community Manager for Ingenia Lifestyle.
This has opened my eyes to what a land lease community is all about, and what a fantastic way of living can be had. Welcoming new residents and engaging in activities with long-term residents has become a highlight of my day.
Linda Schofield: Community Coordinator
Linda has recently joined the Ingenia family, spending 20 years in the Shoalhaven region, enticed away from Sydney by the beautiful beaches, national parks and friendly people.
Linda has a strong emphasis on customer service having worked in seniors living and the finance and banking industry.
Linda enjoys meeting all existing and prospective residents and looks forward to providing them support, along with creating a place that brings our community together while creating a sense of belonging for everyone. Linda enjoys camping, fishing, going to the football to watch her favourite team, St George Illawarra Dragons and spending quality time with her husband and two beautiful children.
Catherine Brasier: Project Sales Manager
Catherine has been working in the over 55s lifestyle living sector in NSW and QLD for the past 15 years with close to one year with Ingenia Lifestyle. Along with her background in hotel management Catherine has been able to draw on her experiences to successfully manage sales and marketing, project developments, community consultation and operations.
In her spare time Catherine builds homes, with a current project in Ulladulla, however Catherine and her partner were so delighted by the new community she works in they moved in!
Catherine says; “Ingenia Lifestyle Lake Conjola has been so popular it would have to rate as one of the most picturesque communities in NSW, I love living at my community.
Coming up next for us is our Spring Open Day, 7th September from 10am – 2pm, where we will also be releasing Stage 3 which is already selling fast!”
