Home in time for Christmas
Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay’s first group of residents are set to spend Christmas in their new homes with the over 50s community welcoming first residents this month.
A group of more than 10 residents were among the first to secure a home in the highly sought-after resort-style community.
Hervey Bay local and new resident Noeleen Blatchley first saw her new home in November and moved in on 12 December 2019.
“I am so excited to be moving into my new home after months of watching it being built,” Noeleen said.
“Last month, I got to take my first look inside, walk through the front door and see my dream home come to life – it’s a wonderful feeling to know this is now my home.
“I have lived in a two-bedroom unit for the past two years and unlike many of my future neighbours I am actually upsizing – gaining an extra bathroom and more living space overall.”
Noeleen made the decision to move in 2018 and sold her unit very quickly, after only five weeks on the market.
“When I first saw the plans for the community, I thought that I would never be able to afford to live in such an amazing place,” she said.
“However, after speaking to the Ingenia team and hearing about their land lease model – where I don’t have to pay council rates or stamp duty – I realised the home price and ongoing site fees were completely achievable for me and my budget.
“They were so helpful throughout the whole process and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.”
Ingenia Lifestyle Project Sales Manager Anna Golden said Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay has proved popular given its ideal location and lifestyle.
“The buzz on the ground from the sneak preview event held last month to the one-on-one appointments has been overwhelmingly positive – everyone is genuinely excited to move in,” Anna said.
“Prospective residents are amazed at the high-quality finishes of the homes, especially considering the attractive price point.
“We are very excited to welcome our first residents to Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay and look forward to welcoming many more residents in the new year.”
