Connectivity and community draw downsizers to Morisset
More than 150 people flocked to Ingenia Lifestyle The Grange’s recent Open Day to experience the lifestyle community’s offering and learn more on how downsizing could contribute to their financial health.
Ingenia Lifestyle The Grange Project Sales Manager Jason Webb said the Open Day was a fantastic weekend for the community, with huge numbers coming through the doors looking to downsize, free up their equity and maximise their lifestyle.
“We had a high level of interest recorded from all visitors, and our guests on the day were given priority access to tour the new stage and see how our community combines lifestyle and luxury,” Mr Webb said.
The Morisset region has become a sought after location for seniors looking for a lifestyle change.
Nestled in the gateway to the Hunter Valley, on the shores of Lake Macquarie and just one hour drive north from Sydney, the region has become a destination of choice for many seniors moving away from the city to free up the equity in their old home.
Ingenia Lifestyle has delivered a new benchmark in affordable yet stylish living for Morisset, attracting many downsizers to the region who are seeking to maximise their active lifestyle.
Guests were invited to sit back and enjoy a soulful Saturday with entertainment from a Beatles tribute band and a delicious selection of local food trucks.
Ingenia Lifestyle Project Sales Manager Jason Webb said residents have the best of both worlds in Morisset, with the amenities of Lake Macquarie at their doorstep combined with the serenity of the suburbs.
“Downsizers have snapped up more than 70 per cent of stage one with the second stage launching at this weekend’s Open Day as the demand for over 55s housing and age-appropriate living requirements skyrockets,” Mr Webb said.
“Our regional and coastal communities are benefitting greatly from Sydney’s peak property market, with the enquiry levels from Sydney couples increasing over the past few months.”
