2019 National Retirement Living Awards – Finalists Announced!
It’s exciting to announce the Property Council of Australia has shortlisted two Ingenia award submissions for their 2019 National Retirement Living Awards.

Plantations by Ingenia Lifestyle has been shortlisted as a finalist for Marketing Excellence
Sheree’s award nomination focuses on her sales techniques and her results. Being Latitude One’s Project Sales Manager since April 2017, Sheree’s success to date has developed a strong track record with sales and settlements. The most impressive statistic to date has been Sheree’s referral success with an incredibly strong word of mouth referral from existing residents.
What’s more, she has totalled an impressive successful referral rate. This strong referral rate signifies the trust Sheree has built with her key community contacts and existing residents, who have become the third largest enquiry generator for Latitude One. What makes her heart smile more is seeing first-hand how downsizing is an amazing opportunity to simplify her clients life.
“I work hard to reassure them downsizing is part of a new “lifestyle” choice,” Sheree said.
To deliver the strong marketing results at Plantations, the marketing teams strategic campaign centred around an educational and awareness journey comprising a ‘Tease’, ‘Entice’ and ‘Invite’ progression. The marketing plan defined the goals of each phase of launch activity as well as measurements of success in terms of level of enquiries, database size, event attendance and conversion to sales.
This quantitative data also defined the volume of cold leads required to move through the sales funnel, the number that would tend to convert to warm leads, and the subsequent number that would then deposit to meet corporate objectives. Currently, the campaign has achieved the sales objectives months ahead of schedule with an over-subscribed First Choice Club deposits taken to date and stage three ready to be released.
The excellent results achieved were not only ahead of time but also under budget.
