First Choice Club depositor counting down the days!

One of the first depositors to secure her new home at Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay, 75-year-old Carolyn Watts, made the decision to move interstate to be closer to her family.

“My son suggested I look at some of the communities near him in Hervey Bay; I thought ‘why not?’” Carolyn said.

“I knew I needed to downsize, but I didn’t want to live in a retirement village, I wanted a community that was active and full of life.

“When I was looking for a new home, I kept coming back to Ingenia Lifestyle – it’s where I felt I belonged, plus it’s less than 10 minutes away from my son and there is a shopping centre across the road too.

“I visited Hervey Bay in early in March for a week and attended Ingenia Lifestyle’s finance seminar with Rachel Lane, it was incredibly informative and helped me decide that this was the place for me!”

Carolyn will be one of the first residents to move into the new Ingenia community and is looking forward to taking advantage of the active lifestyle the community offers.

“I came home from my trip and put my house on the market straightaway – it sold within the week and I couldn’t believe it.

“I can’t wait to move into the community in October, it’s pet friendly so my 12-year-old dog Charlie will be moving up with me,” Carolyn says.
