Guest Passes are not transferrable and must be validated. To be eligible for a ‘guest pass’ you must allocate on a new turnkey home at a participating Ingenia Community before 30 April 2025. Validated Guest Passes are authorised by an Ingenia Community Sales Manager. They are a one-time visit pass for the specified activity and time. Participation and activity is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Community Manager.
