Already home to more than 270 homes, our community is now entering its next chapter, with an additional 183 homes planned as part of the extension.
Construction is well underway, with 58 new homes currently in progress in partnership with QMR Constructions. Of these, 10 homes have now been completed, while the remaining homes are progressing well across various stages of construction.
Alongside new homes, plans are also taking shape for an exciting new clubhouse within the extension, designed to complement the community’s existing resort-style amenities.
Residents will enjoy access to a second wellness centre, a mineral pool, pickleball courts, an outdoor putting green and an indoor golf simulator, further enhancing the active and social lifestyle Latitude One is known for.
These new facilities will be connected to the existing community via a green walkway, creating a seamless link between both precincts and encouraging connection across the neighbourhood.
Latitude One already offers a premium lifestyle, with beautifully designed pools, a wellness centre overlooking the lake, a function centre and outdoor entertaining areas complete with pizza ovens and barbecues.
The expansion has also been carefully planned with the surrounding environment in mind. In partnership with the Koala Hospital, more than 1,000 trees have been planted to establish a dedicated koala corridor, supporting local wildlife and preserving the natural landscape.
Four new display homes are also now available to explore, showcasing a range of layouts, sizes and interior colour schemes. From larger designs through to more compact options, the displays offer future residents a chance to experience the variety of homes on offer within the community.
Ingenia Communities Head of Development NSW and Victoria, Simon Burk, said it had been exciting to see the extension come to life, particularly with input from existing residents helping to shape what comes next.
