“I’m really happy that these green, sustainable features will help me reduce energy bills and save money over time. But it’s also about my wellbeing. Living in a home that’s healthier and more comfortable makes a big difference.”
Springside’s community amenities will grow as more residents move in, with a pool, gym, clubhouse, gold-class-style cinema and outdoor spaces in the works. “I fully expect I’ll be in that pool every day once it’s finished!” she said.
In the meantime, early gatherings have helped the first residents form connections.
“Those get-togethers really helped us put names to faces,” Deborah said. “For those of us moving in around the same time, it’s a shared experience and a chance to be part of something special from the very beginning.”
