VIP guests enjoy a relaxed evening on the green

There was plenty to play for when more than 20 VIP guests gathered for an exclusive event hosted by Ingenia Lifestyle Kō.
The “Green Carpet” event on March 27 gave prospective buyers the chance to learn more about our future community, while enjoying a game of barefoot bowls at Gordonvale Bowls Club.
As well as the friendly competition, guests enjoyed drinks and a barbecue while hearing the latest project updates from Regional Sales Manager Sally Morrison and the broader sales team, including Sales Manager Julie Smith.
Attendees were also able to ask questions about the community, upcoming milestones and the lifestyle vision behind Ingenia Lifestyle Kō.
Events such as these are designed to help future residents feel connected to the new community as soon as possible, while experiencing the welcoming community spirit that sits at the heart of every Ingenia Lifestyle resort.
Ingenia Lifestyle Kō will ultimately deliver 372 homes alongside a range of resort-style amenities including a clubhouse, pool, gym, dining spaces and landscaped outdoor areas designed to support an active and social lifestyle for over 50s.
The homes themselves will include a range of thoughtfully designed one and two-bedroom layouts, complete with solar panels and energy-efficient appliances to help reduce ongoing household costs. Community gardens will also form part of the development, giving residents the opportunity to grow their own produce and connect with neighbours.
Named after the Hawaiian word for “sugar”, Ingenia Lifestyle Kō pays tribute to Gordonvale’s rich sugar cane heritage while embracing the relaxed tropical lifestyle that makes the region so unique.
