Strong progress on site as construction continues

Civil works are advancing well, with the majority of bulk earthworks nearing completion. Across the site, the next phase is now firmly underway, with essential services and internal roads being delivered through the remaining areas of the development - bringing the masterplan closer to life. 

Within Stage 1, it’s full steam ahead on the construction of the first homes. A total of 22 homes are now under construction, marking an exciting milestone. Adding to this momentum, three display homes are on track for completion in June, offering a first glimpse into the lifestyle and design future residents can expect. 

With these milestones fast approaching, the first residents are anticipated to move in shortly after, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the community.
