Plenty happening on site as Ingenia Lifestyle Darlingview starts to take shape

It's full steam ahead at Ingenia Lifestyle Darlingview, with the first homes set to start building as our new over 50s community begins to take shape.
Work is progressing across the site, including preparation for the community’s first stage of one, two and three-bedroom homes, with selected floorplans also featuring a versatile multi-purpose room.
Another milestone has been reached with the pads for seven display homes now complete, paving the way for prospective homeowners to get their first look at the range of homes that will be available.
Ingenia Lifestyle Senior Development Manager Stephanie Clark said it was exciting to see the vision for Ingenia Lifestyle Darlingview becoming a reality.
“Construction is progressing well across the site and with our first homes on track to start building soon, there will be plenty taking shape over the coming months,” she said.
“We’re also preparing for our Stage 1 sales release this month, giving people the opportunity to secure their place in what will become one of the Darling Downs’ largest over 50s communities.”
Work is also progressing on Ingenia Lifestyle Darlingview’s new main entrance from Highfields Road, including construction of the new roundabout that will provide safe and convenient access to the community.
Meanwhile, plans are also taking shape for the Darlingview Village Hub, which will form the social and recreational heart of the community.
The impressive clubhouse precinct is planned to feature a function hall, indoor swimming pool and wellness centre, along with a range of spaces where residents can relax, socialise and stay active.

Highfields Village is just 1.5km away, featuring a Woolworths, cafés, a bakery, medical services and specialty retailers, while ALDI, service stations and other everyday conveniences are also located nearby along Highfields Road.
Stephanie said interest in the community was continuing to build.
