Parkside Lucas continues to take shape as community grows

With 175 of the community's 250 homes now complete and a further 25 currently under construction, the community is rapidly evolving. 

Since opening in April 2024, the clubhouse has become the heart of the community, providing residents with a welcoming place to socialise, stay active and enjoy a wide range of premium facilities. 

Residents are making the most of the bowling green, heated indoor pool, gym, pickleball court and thoughtfully designed shared spaces that encourage connection and foster a strong sense of community. 

The lifestyle offering continued to expand in late 2025 with the opening of our community garden, workshop and dog park, giving residents even more opportunities to pursue hobbies, meet neighbours and enjoy the outdoors. 

As construction continues to progress steadily, the final homes are expected to be completed by late 2027. 

Work is also underway on 15 dedicated caravan parking sites, which are anticipated to open in late 2027, providing even greater convenience and flexibility for residents who enjoy travelling. 

With only a limited number of homes remaining, demand continues to be strong as more people discover the unique lifestyle on offer at Parkside Lucas.
