New homes completed and more residents moving in as construction powers ahead

Construction momentum continues to build at Ingenia Lifestyle Archer’s Run, with new homes completed, residents moving in and major community facilities rapidly taking shape.
The Brightwood neighbourhood is progressing well, with most homes now completed and handed over, including the first three premium lakefront homes. April also marked the completion of the first three of our two-storey homes, introducing another exciting housing option within our growing community.
The Vistas neighbourhood is also coming to life, with display homes now open and welcoming visitors and new residents moving in. Construction on the second half of Vistas is now well underway, with the first pads expected to be completed in July.
A major milestone on the horizon is the completion of the Vitalia Clubhouse, which remains on track for an August opening. Designed with a distinctive oval shape inspired by stacked pebbles, the striking wellness-focused building has been located with views over the water and carefully crafted to blend into the surrounding natural environment while delivering a premium resort-style experience for residents.
Once complete, the wellness building will feature an indoor vitality pool, sauna and steam room, salt room, and hot and cold plunge pools. Many of the specialised wellness elements have been sourced from Italy before being brought to Australia for installation.
Works are well under way on the culvert crossing connecting to our southern precinct, with the project team continuing to progress the design of the broader southern masterplan.
This next stage of the community will introduce two major new facilities - a social clubhouse and dedicated sporting precinct with its own pavilion - featuring golf simulators, a full-size bowling green, multiple pickleball courts and a sports bar.
Ingenia Communities Head of Development – NSW and Victoria Simon Burk said it was exciting to see the community continuing to evolve.
