New Clubhouse set to elevate resort-style lifestyle at over-55s community

Construction has officially commenced on a new resort-style clubhouse at Ingenia Lifestyle Latitude One, with a sod-turning ceremony held today marking the next chapter for the established over 55s community in Anna Bay.
Located at 4495 Nelson Bay Road, Latitude One is already home to more than 430 residents and is recognised as one of Port Stephens’ most sought-after communities. The new clubhouse forms part of the community’s next stage, which will see the delivery of 183 additional homes and further enhancement of its premium lifestyle offering.
The new facility is being built in partnership with Graph Building and will introduce a range of resort-style amenities designed to support connection, wellbeing and an active lifestyle. Features will include a swimming pool, pickleball courts, fire pit area, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, kitchen and barbecue facilities, as well as a golf simulator, yoga studio, consult room and games areas with pool tables and darts.
