Springside’s new Project Manager making a positive impact behind the scenes

In the first half of 2025 new residents at Ingenia Lifestyle Springside will see the community coming to life, with more homes under construction, resort-style facilities being built and the familiar community details like landscaping starting to emerge.

What they might not notice right away, though, are the passionate people behind the scenes bringing the development to life. But it’s people like Luke – our new Project Manager – who will ultimately make Springside the welcoming community it’s shaping up to be.

With a background in construction management setting up the team for smooth sailing through coordinating multiple contractors to build and deliver homes to new residents, Luke was initially drawn to Ingenia Lifestyle Springside by the project’s commitment to sustainability.

“The sustainability side of things is something I really believe in. It’s a key focus of the project, and it’s exciting to be part of something that’s making a positive impact,” he says.

Luke is genuinely passionate about all aspects of the role, and after meeting some of the first residents, he’s even more excited about being involved from day one.

“To have friends that people connect with – and everything at your doorstep – a gym, a pool, community gardens – it’s incredible,” he says. “I think the residents are all going to love it.”

Residents are most likely to find Luke exploring Beveridge on a bush walk, or – once the Community Clubhouse is complete – joining them for a relaxing drink at the bar.

Luke’s role at Springside is just beginning, but his dedication to making this development a success is already evident. With his experience, passion for sustainability, and commitment to community, he’s poised to play a major part in shaping the future of Springside. And for the residents who will soon call it home, the future looks very bright indeed.
