Ingenia Lifestyle Element celebrates triple win at prestigious MBA Newcastle Excellence in Building awards
Ingenia Lifestyle Element is officially one of the Hunter region’s premier over 55s communities, after taking home three major honours at the 30th Annual Master Builders Association (MBA) Newcastle Excellence in Building Awards.
The prestigious awards celebrate the innovation, craftsmanship, and partnerships shaping the future of the construction industry, and this year’s milestone event on Friday 5 September was no exception.
Ingenia Lifestyle Element, situated at picturesque Fullerton Cove, scooped awards for Commercial Projects ($9million to $15million), Commercial Pools, and Best Use of Brick.
Delivered in collaboration with construction partner North Construction and Building, these accolades reflect the quality, creativity, and attention to detail that define Ingenia Lifestyle Element’s design and build.
Since welcoming its first residents in May 2024, the boutique community has been committed to providing a lifestyle that fosters connection, wellbeing, and independence.
Ingenia Lifestyle Element offers a blend of coastal charm and modern living, and caters to individuals seeking low-maintenance, architecturally designed homes within a secure and vibrant environment.
A standout feature contributing to Ingenia Lifestyle Element’s success is its resort-style swimming pool.

Situated in the heart of the community, and set against lush, landscaped surrounds, the pool is part of the multimillion-dollar clubhouse which opened in April 2025. It offers residents a place to relax, unwind, and connect, and perfectly complements the community’s premium facilities and vibrant coastal lifestyle.
The win in the Commercial Pools category shines the spotlight on the exceptional design and craftsmanship that make this space so unique.
Ingenia Communities Head of Development – NSW and Victoria, Simon Burk, said the recognition underscores Ingenia Lifestyle Element’s commitment to creating exceptional over 55s communities.
“We’re incredibly proud to see Ingenia Lifestyle Element recognised across multiple categories at such a prestigious event,” he said.
“These awards are a testament to the vision, innovation, and hard work of everyone involved – from our design and development teams through to North Construction and Building.
“In creating Ingenia Lifestyle Element, our goal has always been to create a vibrant community that offers outstanding amenities and a lifestyle our residents are proud of, and these accolades affirm we’ve achieved just that.”
In a second nod to design excellence, Graph Building picked up the Best Use of Timber award for Ingenia Lifestyle Natura, with judges praising the community clubhouse’s standout architectural feature – the extensive use of large, laminated timber beams.

Located at Bob’s Farm, in Port Stephens, Ingenia Lifestyle Natura’s multi-million-dollar clubhouse was officially opened in December 2024 and forms the centrepiece of community life. Comprised of three buildings – the Welcome Building, Social Building, and Wellness Building – it offers state-of-the-art facilities including a cinema, gymnasium, yoga and Pilates studio, games and bar rooms, and resort-style pool and spa.
The awards were made even more memorable as the MBA Newcastle Excellence in Building Awards celebrated its 30th anniversary, highlighting three decades of innovation and excellence across the region’s construction and development sectors.
