We are excited to share the latest update on construction progress at Ingenia Lifestyle Kokomo – our new coastal community at Blueys Beach on the stunning Barrington Coast.

Civil works are advancing across the site while the first homes are also underway ahead of the arrival of our first residents in 2026. “The slabs are also going down on our first homes, so it won’t be long before we see our builder partner Rawson Homes well underway on all homes in Stage 1” he said.

As part of creating the new community, Ingenia is co-funding an estimated $5 million worth of design and construction works to upgrade Boomerang Drive, the entry road to the charming Blueys Beach township.

“Around 750 metres of Boomerang Drive is being upgraded, including road resurfacing, kerb and gutter, a new footpath connecting the Blueys Beach township, roundabout and associated stormwater works,” Simon said.

“We are working closely with Mid-Coast Council and another developer in the region to bring this important road upgrade between The Lakes Way and Reef Close up to a standard the local community deserves.”
