Construction gathers pace as expansion starts to take shape

Construction is gathering pace at Ingenia Lifestyle Millers Glen, with civil works progressing and the first new homes expected to start taking shape from October.
Work is well underway across Stage 9 of the community, where essential infrastructure including stormwater, electrical and communications services is being installed.
Civil works are on track for completion in late September, paving the way for home construction to begin.
Ingenia Lifestyle Project Manager Ben Radford said residents would see plenty of activity on site over the coming months as new roads, services, streetscapes and homes begin to emerge.
“There’s a lot happening on the ground at Ingenia Lifestyle Millers Glen, and it’s exciting to see the next stage progressing,” he said.
“With civil works nearing completion, our focus will soon shift to construction of the first new homes, which we expect to get underway in early October.”
The next phase of construction will introduce four contemporary home designs, created for modern, low-maintenance living and designed to complement the community’s natural surrounds.
Making the most of Ingenia Lifestyle Millers Glen’s elevated position and breezes, the homes will feature open-plan layouts, contemporary interiors and front alfresco entertaining areas.
These outdoor spaces have been designed to provide residents with another place to relax, entertain and connect with neighbours while enjoying the community’s natural setting.
The first homes in the new stage are expected to be ready to welcome residents from mid 2027.
The expansion will also pave the way for construction of Millers Homestead, a new resort-style clubhouse that will further enhance the community’s lifestyle offering.
Planned amenities include a swimming pool and spa, gym and yoga studio, cinema, dining and social spaces, arts and crafts studio, workshop, salon and community garden.
Millers Homestead will complement the existing Club Millers sports precinct, which features a bowling green, pickleball courts, lap pool and outdoor entertaining area.
Together, the two precincts will provide residents with even more opportunities to stay active, socialise and enjoy their leisure time as the community grows.
Ben said the coming months would bring some of the most visible changes yet for the new stage.
“With new infrastructure going in and home construction about to begin, the community will really start to see this next stage come to life,” he said.
“We’re looking forward to sharing more progress as construction continues and we move closer to welcoming our first residents into the new homes next year.”
