Construction enters final stages at Ingenia Lifestyle Natura

Ingenia Lifestyle Natura is entering its final stages, with construction progressing well across our boutique Port Stephens community.
Set among natural bushland and surrounded by protected koala habitat, Ingenia Lifestyle Natura has been thoughtfully designed to offer a peaceful, connected lifestyle, with strong interest from buyers and the community now more than 80 per cent sold.
The final 13 homes are currently under construction, with completion on track for June 2026, marking a major milestone for our 111-home community.
As works continue, Ingenia Lifestyle Natura is quickly taking shape as a serene and established neighbourhood, where residents can enjoy both privacy and a strong sense of connection.
