Laughter, live music and the excitement of new beginnings filled the air as residents, families and visitors gathered to celebrate the official opening of the new Clubhouse and Wellness Precinct at Ingenia Lifestyle Springside.
The community came alive for the grand opening celebration on July 11, with guests enjoying complimentary food and coffee, live entertainment, face painting and the opportunity to explore the impressive new facilities while meeting residents and the Ingenia Lifestyle Springside team.
The event marked another exciting milestone for our Beveridge community, showcasing the vibrant lifestyle already taking shape as more residents move into their new homes.
The new Clubhouse and Wellness Precinct has been designed as the social and recreational heart of the community, offering residents a wide range of spaces to stay active, pursue hobbies and connect with neighbours. Facilities include a heated indoor pool and spa, gym and yoga studio, sauna, gold-class style cinema, arts and crafts studio, library, hair salon, barbecue area, croquet lawn and pickleball courts.
Ingenia Communities CEO John Carfi said the strong turnout at the event reflected the welcoming community spirit already emerging at Ingenia Lifestyle Springside.
