Clubhouse sod turn marks exciting milestone at Ingenia Lifestyle Kokomo

A major milestone has been reached at Ingenia Lifestyle Kokomo, with a sod turn officially marking the start of construction on our new clubhouse.
Designed as a central hub for connection and relaxation, the clubhouse will bring residents together to embrace the easy coastal lifestyle that defines Blueys Beach and the wider Mid North Coast.
The sod turn was attended by Ingenia Communities CEO John Carfi, alongside project partners and team members, who came together to celebrate the start of construction.
The clubhouse is being built in partnership with North Construction & Building, and has been carefully planned to support wellbeing, recreation and connection, with features including a swimming pool, gym and sauna. Outdoors, a putting green and a pickleball court will further encourage an active and social lifestyle, offering opportunities for both exercise and friendly competition.
Ingenia Communities Head of Development, NSW and Victoria, Simon Burk, said the clubhouse and shared facilities were central to creating a strong sense of community while reflecting the relaxed coastal character of the region.
“The clubhouse will be a key gathering place for residents, creating opportunities for people to come together, stay active and enjoy the lifestyle that Blueys Beach is known for,” he said.
“At Ingenia Lifestyle Kokomo, we’re focused on creating a boutique community where residents can enjoy a balance of privacy, connection and resort-style living. The shared amenities are designed to support healthy, active lifestyles while also providing welcoming spaces to socialise with neighbours and friends.”
The clubhouse is expected to be completed by early 2027. As construction progresses, it will play a pivotal role in shaping the character of the community, bringing to life a place where everyday moments, from a morning swim to a casual catch-up with neighbours, help create a vibrant and connected coastal lifestyle.
