Full Steam Ahead: Clubhouse and Wellness Precinct

Spirits were high at our recent Ingenia Lifestyle Springside Hard Hat Tour, where residents and future residents got a first-hand look at our thriving community taking shape in Beveridge.

The tour showcased the latest construction milestones on the new Clubhouse and Wellness Precinct, designed to foster connection, relaxation, and enjoyment for residents. The facade of the first building is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Amenities will include a heated indoor pool, gym and yoga studio, gold-class cinema, arts and crafts studio, library, hair salon, barbecue area, croquet and pickleball courts.

Ingenia Communities Head of Development – NSW and Victoria, Simon Burk, said it was fantastic to see the community coming to life.

“Construction is progressing rapidly across the site, with new homes, community spaces, and landscaping all taking shape." he said.

“Our aim is to create a sustainable, vibrant community where residents can enjoy modern living, connect with their neighbours, and feel truly at home.

“We’re at a really exciting point in the project. You can already feel the community spirit forming, and there’s so much more to come.”

Home building is moving at pace, with 40 homes now complete in Stage 1, and 11 more under construction in Stage 2, which is expected to be finished early next year.

When complete, Ingenia Lifestyle Springside will feature 262 sustainable homes across multiple stages.
