Natura’s Clubhouse Precinct is Taking Shape

Construction of Natura’s Clubhouse is progressing at an impressive rate and residents are excited to see this new facility springing to life before their eyes.
Set against a serene lake backdrop and designed to cater for to the social, wellbeing and recreational needs of the residents, the Clubhouse will include an arts and craft room, library, heated pool, bowling green and a state-of-the-art gym including VR treadmills and exercise bikes, plus a yoga and Pilates studio.
There’s also a planned movie theatre, sports bar, barbecue area with pizza oven, and community garden for residents to socialise and host guests
The new state of the art facility is on track to open for Natura residents at the end of the year.
Latest construction updates include:
Clubhouse Welcome Building:- Windows installed, internal linings are complete and internal fit out will commence shortly.
- Windows installed, internal linings commenced with internal fit out to follow.
- Roof complete, windows to arrive next week, services being roughed in, linings to commence end of August
- Commences end of the month
