Exciting developments are underway at Natura, with the construction of the community’s clubhouse reaching significant milestones
The vision of a vibrant, welcoming community space is quickly coming to life as multiple key buildings take shape.
The Welcome Building is leading the charge, with its structure and interior progressing extremely well. Set to become the community’s central hub, this building will greet residents and visitors alike with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Designed to be a focal point, it will be the first stop for anyone entering the community.
Meanwhile, construction of the Social Building is advancing smoothly. This space will serve as the heart of community life, offering residents a place to gather, socialise, and enjoy the various facilities. Highlights include a sports bar, dining area, and more, designed to bring people together in a relaxed setting.
Health and wellness are also at the forefront of the clubhouse development. The Wellness Building is well on its way to completion and promises to be a hub for fitness and relaxation. With a fully equipped gym, yoga and pilates studio, sauna, crafts studio, and spacious decks overlooking the bowling green and pool, this space is set to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Another exciting feature nearing completion is the Boardwalk, a 170 metre in length boardwalk that will gracefully connect different parts of the community, offering scenic views across the water. With the structural work nearly finished, the final touches will soon be underway. The Sensory Garden, linking the boardwalk to the clubhouse, is also prioritised for Christmas, with the community’s input welcomed in shaping the remainder of this peaceful space.
Natura residents can look forward to the opening of the Welcome Building, Bowling Green and Social Building by Christmas. Meanwhile, the Wellness Building, pool, and surrounding landscaping are expected to be completed by mid-February.
