Welcome to our development update for Ingenia Lifestyle Archer’s Run Morisset!

Reflecting on 2024: A year of achievements

Last year was a big one for Archer’s Run. We completed civil and landscaping works for Brightwood, our first neighbourhood and officially welcomed our founding residents into the community. Other key highlights included:

Kicking off bulk earthworks and stormwater installations for our second neighbourhood, The Vistas.

Opening our Vision Centre, where visitors can meet our friendly sales team.

Completing and handing over 20 brand-new homes to their happy new owners.

Looking towards the future

This year is set to be even bigger, with exciting milestones on the horizon:

35 new homes are anticipated to be complete by June.

Civil works for the northern half of The Vistas will be finalized, paving the way for home construction to begin in this precinct.

Landscaping efforts will continue, with enhancements to the Brightwood neighbourhood and works commencing on a brand-new front entry.

The highly anticipated Vitalia Clubhouse will begin construction, featuring a heated indoor pool and cold plunge, expected to open in early 2026.
