It’s full steam ahead at Ingenia Lifestyle Archer’s Run, where construction is transforming 38 hectares of land into one of the largest land lease communities in the southern hemisphere.

We are delighted to share that over the past 12 months, our flagship community at Morisset has hit several major milestones, marking a significant step toward our vision for a thriving, connected over 55s resort-style destination.

With the first neighbourhood of Brightwood, comprising of 61 homes complete , our very first residents have moved in and are enjoying the lifestyle on offer. Construction is now underway on the second neighbourhood, Vistas, which is set to bring another 71 homes to life.

Adding to the excitement, work is progressing on the first of three state-of-the-art clubhouses, which is due for completion in mid-2026. The Vitalia Clubhouse, centred around wellness and relaxation, will offer residents access to premium health and leisure facilities, including an indoor pool, beauty and massage room, and Pilates, gym and space for yoga. Two more clubhouses are also planned – The Hive, a lively social hub featuring a cinema, dining spaces, outdoor pool, and library, and the Sensate Sports & Leisure Club, designed for active recreation with a bowling green and pickleball court.

Meanwhile, it’s fantastic to see buyer enthusiasm for the project matching the pace of construction. More than 130 people attended our recent open day to learn more about the lifestyle and upcoming home releases, in a strong signal of growing demand for quality downsizing options in the Hunter region.

Our Vision Centre is giving prospective residents a glimpse of what’s to come, featuring a display wall showcasing home inclusions and a preview of the community’s design and amenities.

When complete, Ingenia Lifestyle Archer’s Run will feature 600 plus homes, three clubhouses and a network of landscaped green walking tracks set around a scenic lake and boardwalk, ensuring residents are connected to nature, wellness and each other. They can also get out and about in the community’s very own Tesla, which offers a sustainable and stylish way to explore the local area.
